Scythe AoE Build
Well, I've just thrown this build together from random skills but it seems to work pretty well. Here it is:
1. Pious Assault
2. Twin Moon Strike
3. Chilling Victory
4. Faithful Intervention
5. Heart of Holy Flame
6. Heart of Fury
7. Avatar of Balthazar
8. Resurrection Signet/Sunspear Rebirth Signet
I just use maxed mysticism and scythe mastery. I haven't messed around with runes yet although I obviously need them, simply because I'm waiting for the price to even out a bit once dervishes aren't so new. This build just keeps faithful intervention up as a nice emergency heal, uses avatar of balthazar, and charges right in. When I'm surrounded by a few enemies I lead use the skills in the following order:
Chilling Victory
Heart of Holy Flame
Pious Assault or Twin Moon Strike
Heart of Fury
Pious Assault or Twin Moon Strike
I choose between using moon strike and pious by deciding whether I need a quick heal or if I can sacrifice that for some extra damage. With 12 mysticism each heart of holy flame and heart of fury sets foes on fire for 3 seconds. So, timed right that's 6 seconds of AoE burning, on top of the scythe damage of chilling victory and pious assault. However, in one combo it's energy is drained, and the whole combo uses 32 energy, but my dervish has 27 so he manages to gain 5 energy back in time for the last attack of the combo. With the extra armor and the quick heals it works efficiently enough for me. I'm posting it on here to see if there's something I could do to keep the same idea but improve it. I'm leaning towards dropping heart of fury for grenth's fingers and dropping a point of mysticism for wind prayers. Once again, just a build I threw together when I got my dervish, any suggestions?
